I have written up the dawn rites. If you go to Daily Devotions and check it out, there is a link to the Dawn Rites. I am thinking I might do a video of the yoga routine when I get brave enough to be filmed and have a camera that can do so.
I hope this helps inspire some to start a daily devotion in their mornings.
